SAC Scholarship Program
What are the student eligibility requirements for the scholarship?
- Student is a resident of Tennessee who is entitled to attend a public school in any of the grades kindergarten through twelve (K-12).
- Student is lawfully present in the United States.
All applications must include the following documents.
What documents are Needed?
- Two proofs of Tennessee Residency. Both documents must include the: Name & Current Address of the Parent/Guardian or Eligible Students. Within last 90 days for Utility Bills, Installment Loan Statement, Insurance Bill or Policy, Affidavit of Residence(landlord signed & notarized), Paycheck Stub, Bank statement, Agency Documentation(Social Security Card, Disability, TANF, SNAP or Court Documentation.
- One (1) Proof of Student’s United States (U.S.) Citizenship or Two (2) proofs of Student’s Lawful Presence in the U.S.
- Income Documentation (2024 Form 1040 U.S. Individual Tax Return or TANF or SNAP) or IEA Eligibility (IEP Documentation) or ESA Eligibility.
